Shipping

We currently ship worldwide with Australia Post. All parcels are registered so please provide the delivery address where you will be located during business hours to avoid any delays in receiving your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and orders can not be re-directed once dispatched.

Delivery times will vary upon your location but typically 3-7 working days withing Australia. For faster delivery, we are happy to send via express post which can be organised upon your request.

Online Store Returns Policy

We understand that online shopping for wearable items can sometimes be a bit tricky because of sizing and the tangible qualities of jewellery. Therefore we want you to be completely happy (and in love!) with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item, excluding earrings, we will offer an exchange or refund provided that the piece is returned in its original condition and packaging. 

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and returns must be made at your own cost within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
